¼cuppureed strawberries (4-6 large strawberries, cleaned and hulled)
Instructions
Quarter about 8-10 strawberries strawberries and place in a blender or food processor, blend until completely pureed, then pass through a sieve to remove any seeds.
In a large bowl whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
In a medium bowl mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and puree until completely combined. Fold into the whipped cream and combine.
At this point you can either spoon the mixture into popsicle* molds (it should be enough for 6 popsicles) or a container such as a loaf pan (8 x4 inches/ 20x10 cm) cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm approximately 3-5 hours.
*I froze 6 strawberry slices and placed them on the bottom of the popsicle mold before filling.
